Abseilling

Abseilling is when walk down a steap vertical tower.Then you get harness up before you go up the tower you need to where a helmelt. Then you walk up the steap,high steps until you are up the top. The harness became lose....... I said OH NO I AM GOING TO DIE but when I got up I did not die. when I got up I got up Jamayn was going down so I got chained up just incase I fall down. I felt like a chained up felt weid. Then it was my turn all I did was lean on the egde but then I looked down she said Jordan do not look down BUT... it was to late I said Sorry but I can not do it.
