frezzing cold water

i was at lake toupo with my famaly Itwas cool when we wher playing tag on the beach. but when i got in the frezzing cold walter i got in andmy body sudenle whent frozen .and i could go in til i couldent walk it was skerey all the jetseys were zooming past me . all the cold walter splashing on my head my mum tould me to come back you are to fare away so my big brother came to get me he sead it was trast me when i got back i ate buns and saled then my anty came back with sum FISH&CHIPS...........

Frezzing cold water

It was a sunny day. I just got out of bed. sudently someone shouted we're going to the beach"yes I whispered"get what you need quickly step on it . I didn't know my cousin was coming they were siting peacefully in the car with there togs. we took two cars because there were more cousin coming. we packed our bags loaded it into the car and we were ready to go.


As we arived at the beach. I was dying to have a swim,not knowing that the water was cold I swiftly jumped into the the water,sudenyly I jumped out with a flash, I felt like a frezzer ready to burst,myfeet felt numb as though each tiny little toe was going to fall off. I was five at the time I was so little and not tough so I couldn't handle the cold frezzing water. I waited... for every minute I would run to the water and feel it, each time i felt the water it got warmer. I felt it one last time. finaly it was warm. I jumped in and my aunty shouted "we're going home" "doh"I said like homer simpson and went home sad.

My cold water story

On the fifteenth of may 2010 I went to a really special city side lake .


When I got there I was nervos I got closer and closer I turned away


and looked at my Aunty Renee and fell in and got a fright then quickly


jumped out then yelled "That was cold but fun". My body went so


numb I could not walk and dried myself with the towel

Then I jumped in and and splashed my Aunty then I suddenly got


a hudge fright when I turned around and there was a hudge frog


that was about to jump on me. Me and my Aunty quickly ran to the car


and we both were off like jets in the sky then we both got home


safely and never heard from that crazy frog again untill it came up on the


News "someone went to that beach and that beach got closed forever .

FREEZING!!! UNWANTED WATER!!!

My friends Rhyhan and Anthoney were already in the waterand calling me in to the water.
In the end I got in the water dut it was freezing cold. the rest of the day I had lots of fun we went home for lunch. we had somthing deliciously good. then we went back to pockahenu beach for a littil bit longer. then we all went home and got the trailer and kayak.

Muddy Mountain

22/04/11 Muddy Mountain

Once upon a time we climbed Pirongia.So first we had to go slerp slerp through all that mud.So I am telling you Mum,Dad,Roger and I had to go through that mud.But I the super awesome one went around it,because I love it NOT.Anyway I got sore legs.The pain was killing me.It felt frosty around the top and we all thought we were there, but no not yet.The wind through my body gave me goose bumps "sssssshhhhhh"it was cold I said.Mum kept standing on branches which then I had to wait for her.Roger, he sped up like a....well, I really actually don't know, but he was fast.Dad was alright but he always stopped for snacks and drinks which I didn't like.I helped everyone with lots of things,but they didn't think so.While I was climbing up I saw a beautiful fantail with brown feathers and a big fat golden tummy.After that we took off then Mum said "where's Roger" I replied "probably at the top". When we went further and I climbed the slippery rock, which was really big. That's when we found Roger near the top.He waited for us then took off isn't that weird.I nearly got there and I thought it was the end because of the light flashing in my eyes "owwww" I said.Finally we got to the top,we all were tired but then I saw Roger chewing on his lunch.So I ran to him and he said are you tired.So I said "I sure am what about you" "naaa not really" he replied.Then Mum came along and said "wow nice view".Then Dad came along and said "polly want a cracker" naaa not really but he said "wow what a view".Don't you think he copied Mum saying that.Anyway we got out our lunch and started eating...."can I have a picture with wally" I said randomly.He is a wooden spoon remember that.So I got the picture and all that then I looked up and went "wooooaaaaa" because of how high the thingy in the sky is.But I don't know what it's called.Now this is why I wanted to tell you this story.There is a photo that my Mum took of me sitting on the edge of a 100 meter cliff,with my hair swooshing through the wind and us all looking at all the city's around us.

Later we went the easy way going down the mountain.The rocky road way.I was looking for crystals but found none.At the end we lost our way "in the middle of no where" Dad said.Soon we found our way back. By OLIVIA

Cold Water

Last year 2010 July.Me my dad and little brother went to the Ragland Beach .When we got there we went down to the Beach.The sand was cold. I could tell how cold the water was.I walked slowly towards the water.The beach was quiet.My bother and dad were up on the bank watching me.I started to walk into the water.When I touched the water my heart was beating rapidly my lips went blue.I was breathing fast.I quickly ran out of the water to the cold sand.The wind hit my skin which made it even colder.Goose bumps on my legs spread though my body.I ran back to my dad and brother.It was the coldest water i've ever felt in my life.

My cold and icy feet

I'm at home in my bed trying to go to sleep But I can't I just can't because of all the ratles and clangs in the kichen.I tryied to put my pillow over my ears but no no I can't stand it.Wake up hello sleepy head my brain is saying "wake up wake up WAKE UP" wow okay I'm awake you happy brain. Then my brain tells me mmmmm yummy food go there and eat. So I went But wait. How do I want to eat when I'm not hungry!! I'm going back to bed so mum comes in and says "get up we're having Mc" so I rush to the table and then my sister says "WASH you'r hands" and I said "NA" then my mum said you will or no food. So I go to the bathroom moaning all the way there talking and you guest it moaning to (washing my hands) finished went to the table and ate. After that I saw my togs and my mum too she said "get in the car with your togs". So I got my togs and ran to the car my sisters and brothers were just walking there I said "Hurry up" they said "shush". Along the way me my sisters and brother were sleeping, all snoring too. Then I woke up and we stopped at this beach called Ragland. I was so excited that I woke up everyone up except my dad he was already awake so I jumped outside. Do you know what I felt? I felt prickly, poking and stabbing grass trying to go into my feet but when mum told me to put on my jandles and then I felt conferrable. After that mum said "you guys can go for a swim", weather I want to I know it's cold. So I go to the changing room and I put on my togs I go out and I sit on this huge rock mum,dad,my sisters and brother are already swimming and I (sighing) I'm just not used to it so I put one little toe in the water OMG it is cold like a ice cube in a freezer brrrrrr so I darted out like a dart zooming past everyone mum said "what are you doing it's warm" I said "easy for you to say it's really cold". Then my sister said "are you scared" I said "no" and I dived in and I felt frozen I couldn't move a mussel mum had to help me out and put a towle around me I tryied not to move it felt I was going to break. Finally I was warm and dry I got into my clothes and we headed back home.
